DESCRIPTION

The Museum of Sensory & Movement Experiences (MSME) is part of The Arts Fund, a local 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to fostering the arts for the people of Santa Barbara County.
MSME (pronounced “Miss Me”) is an interactive museum destination in Santa Barbara, perfect for exploring the next generation of media arts. MSME’s vision is to present the public with experimental time-based art, both contemporary (supporting local and regional technology-based artists) and historical kinetic, time-based artworks. This provides the public a unique opportunity to compare and contrast contemporary and historical interactive and motion-based artworks. 100% of the proceeds from every MSME ticket go to benefit future Arts Fund programming, providing the community opportunities to engage, experience and interact with the arts in Santa Barbara county.
